Custom Content

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an automated migration path for Custom Content gadgets at the moment, as Atlassian is currently not providing a way to support this for Forge apps.

However, there is an open issue covering this topic, so we would appreciate votes there so that this blocker will be removed as soon as possible and we will be able to provide an automated solution.

If you are migrating with the Cloud migration assistant, dashboards will not be migrated at all as of today. However, you can enable dashboard migration as a dark feature in Server / Data Center.

After migrating from Server / Data Center, your old Custom Content gadgets will no longer be present. You will have to add them again manually with the same configuration as in Server / Data Center.
