Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”)

We take data protection seriously and are committed to complying with all relevant data protection laws and regulations. To ensure that we process data in a lawful and transparent manner, we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to our customers.

If you would like to enter into a DPA with us, please download the DPA below, sign it and upload it via a Service-Desk request on https://tngtech.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/17 .

Important information

We will use the ticket which is created via the Service Desk exclusively to contact you in the future if necessary, in particular in case of contractual notifications. It is therefore vital that you have always access to this ticket.

For that, please add a contact e-mail address in the request participants (Shared with) that will be informed on any changes of this ticket.
